Ordering
What is your minimum order quantity?
Typically one full 20-ft container per product. For smaller trial quantities or mixed loads, contact the export desk — we will tell you plainly what is feasible.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Representative samples can be couriered for evaluation before contract. Request samples through the quote form and include your courier account details if you have one.
How fast will I get a quotation?
As fast as possible. Complete specifications receive the fastest responses, and every qualified enquiry receives a reply.
Can you match a specification sheet from my current supplier?
Send it with your enquiry. We will confirm point by point what we can meet, and flag anything we cannot — before you commit.
Quality and documentation
What grades do you supply?
Canadian grades per Canadian Grain Commission standards — typically No. 1 Canada and No. 2 Canada for food markets. Each quotation states the grade and key parameters.
Can I arrange third-party inspection?
Yes — inspection at loading by SGS, Intertek, or an agency of your choice can be arranged.
Which documents accompany a shipment?
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, CFIA phytosanitary certificate, and quality/weight certificates as contracted; fumigation and other certificates where the destination requires them.
Shipping and payment
Which terms do you offer?
CFR and CIF (Incoterms® 2020) are standard, plus Track Vancouver for buyers arranging their own ocean freight; other terms on request.
What are typical lead times?
Lead times depend on product, packaging, and inland and ocean schedules. Firm timelines are stated in each contract.
What payment terms do you accept?
Irrevocable letter of credit at sight, telegraphic transfer (T/T), and documents against payment or acceptance (D/P, D/A) — agreed per contract and counterparty.
How much fits in a container?

Can you supply packaging under our private label?

Which crop year will I receive?
Quotations state the crop year. Availability by crop year varies through the season — current-crop and, where sound, carryover lots are identified as such.
