1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aurexom Enterprises Inc., doing business as Aurexom Agri (“Aurexom”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada, with its office at 3606–928 Beatty St., Vancouver, BC V6Z 3G6, Canada. We are the organization responsible for personal information collected through this website under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where applicable, the controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What we collect
We collect only what you provide and what standard web technologies generate:
- Enquiry and quotation data — name, company, country, business email, phone number, and the commercial details you include in a quote request or contact message (products, quantities, destination ports, requirements).
- Correspondence — emails and messages you exchange with our export desk.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and language preference, collected via server logs and analytics cookies.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18, and this website is not directed at consumers.
3. Why we collect it

We do not sell personal information. We do not use personal information for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
- Service providers that host this website, deliver form submissions, provide email, or store our customer records, bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
- Form delivery — contact and quotation submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit so they can be forwarded to our office mailbox. FormSubmit states that submitted form data may be retained for up to 30 days.
- Commercial counterparties in a transaction you initiate — for example, inspection agencies, freight forwarders, or banks, where needed to execute a contract you have requested.
- Authorities where required by law, including export documentation and customs requirements.
5. International transfers
We are located in Canada, and your information is processed in Canada and in the jurisdictions of our hosting and analytics providers. Canada holds an adequacy recognition from the European Commission for PIPEDA-governed commercial organizations. Where data is processed elsewhere, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for as long as needed to respond and, where a commercial relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus the retention periods required by Canadian tax, customs, and export law. Our form-delivery provider states that it may retain submitted form data for up to 30 days. Analytics data is retained per the configured retention period of our analytics provider.

- Analytics cookies — used only with your consent where required, including for visitors in the EU and EEA. You may withdraw consent at any time.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, a copy in portable form (GDPR), restriction of or objection to processing (GDPR), and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact info@aurexom.com. We will respond within the timelines required by PIPEDA or the GDPR. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or, for GDPR matters, your local supervisory authority.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures — encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and vendor due diligence — to protect personal information. No internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
